DIOR1 AND DIOR2? WHICH ONE SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?

Hi everyone, we know there has been lots of confusion regarding our Dior1 and Dior2 collection. you have come to the right place, let's start.

NB :: Lady Dior in white is top quality that you can find in Dior1 collection

Lady Dior in black is what we called as premium quality that you can find in Dior2 collection

both are from different factory, we we will tell you why we sell from two different factory that may have confuse you. please stick to the end of this blog so that you know the reason.

There is two parts we would like to talk about, which is the notice-able differences and the un-noticable differences that you can only tell by touching them, (if you know what we mean).

THE NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCES

If you guys follow our instagram and telegram group, you may already read about this topic..

• THE SHAPE AND HANDLE

This few points that we are about to share is extremely crucial, because this is what makes the bag look like original or not.

First, is the shape.

if you guys look carefully from the shape, you can already notice that the white bag craftmanship and stitches is very neat 'A' shape and define, unlike the black one. the black one looks like an 'A' but out-of-shape.

This part one of the most important part to look at, as authentic shape is very neat and form a beautiful A shape.

The handle.

look at the handle carefully, a good lady dior handle should should look like the handle on the white bag. unlike the black one, the handle drop is way too low.

and the handle move to the left and right too much for the premium version

we hope you can see the differences in this picture.

yes, we are still talking about the shape because that is one of the most visible.

from here you guys notice the differences of the handle drop. and also the opening of the lady dior bag shape is much more firm and steady. while the black one opening looks wider.

this happen because the ring of the handle for the black bag is bigger than the ring for the white bag. you may or may not notice is on this picture but when we touch it and compare it thoroughly, we can see they have slight different dimension.

• THE HARDWARE

the hardware may not be visible in this picture, but what we trying to say is that the charm ring should not be moving around too much while the D-I-O-R charm still able to move.

in this case, the white lady dior perfectly nailed it. we will show you guys the videos.

and not only that, we all know the signature of lady dior is the shape and the hardware and the charm, the hardware and the charm sounds very expensive and again, our top quality lady dior nailed it.

Next we want to talk about the un-noticable parts.

THE UN-NOTICABLE DIFFERENCES

what we mean for the un-noticable differences is that the differences that you can only tell if you touch it, when you just look at both bag, you will not able to tell the differences.

Here is some of the few points:

The leather

On photos, you will not able to tell it, but when you touch and compare both bag you can directly say that "oh, the feeling of the leather and hardware is indeed different". the white lady dior leather really have the same feeling when i touch the authentic lady dior. don't get me wrong, premium lady dior is real leather as well, but just the leather feeling is different. trust me, you can only tell it when you touch it. So, if you guys are fine with that and on a tight budget, you guys may consider premium version!

The hardware

Hardware quality is also different when you compare them side to side.

The 'Christian Dior' embossed

You may find the Christian Dior embossed on the back of the leather charm and the inside tag is not embossed neatly.

The packaging Packaging may or may not affect your purchasement, but dior top quality packaging is very good and complete set, they even provide a heavy-weight stae charm that you see on authentic packaging. it is complete with thick-white-textured box including ribbon, white paper bag, and the star charm. So, you really have that authentic unboxing feeling when you unbox our Dior from Dior1 collection.

If you are wondering why do we sell two factory that lead to your confusion, here is the reason :

• Dior1 Collection (top factory) produce very limited style of bags. you guys can take a look on our Dior1 collection compared to Dior2 collection. notice that for top factory they produce only size mini and small for lady dior in lambskin, no medium size. Medium size only comes in D-lite and embroidery canvas. While for Dior2 (premium factory), have variety of option to choose from.

• For Dior book tote, you can't personalized your name if you purchase from Dior1 collection (top factory), but you insist, and you want a personalized book tote, you will have to choose from Dior2 collection (premium factory). There are slight differences for the book tote between two factory.

This is the main reason why we decide to sell from both factory, and we hope we clear your confusion.

RECOMMENDATION

My recommendation for you guys is always choose the top quality version if you guys have higher budget, quality comes with price, we do not offer the cheapest but we sure offer you the best quality we can find! But, if you have tight budget but you want Dior so bad, take Dior2 instead!
