Here is the reason why your package took at least 2 weeks to arrive and the tracking is not updating



The amount of flights is decreasing so much


From one day, there is numerous flight to all across the globe , now there is only a few flights/day.

You can imagine how long the package should patiently wait for their turn to take off 🥺

(This is why your parcel took around 2 weeks to arrive at your door)


OUR SHIPPING IS ALWAYS EXPRESS!


It used to be only 3-5 days, you will receive it by then. But since the pandemic, all parcel were delayed up to this day. It was so much worst a year ago which parcel may took 1-2 months to arrive to your place 😭. So we need your understanding why it is slow.

IT IS NOT THE COURIER COMPANY FAULTY!

Keep in mind! Even though you tell us to ship with this and that courier, majority the estimation time of arrival will still be the same because the problem is the decreasing flights! Not us delaying the shipment , not the courier delaying it either.


IT IS NOT THAT WE DIDN'T SHIP IT!

You will see a tracking of not updating for 1-2 weeks, which is normal because that is the queue.

Even if you call DHL or FEDEX Etc, they will told you that we only create a label but they do not actually receive the parcel. I’m not sure why the system is like that but trust me don’t be panic. The item is no longer with us and is waiting for the shipment 👌 Once they start updated, rest assured it will only be around 3-5 days! 💕


So make sure you fully understand this issue and be patient with your parcel, if 2 weeks you did not see any update, let us know and we will help you to check it.

Only order when you agree this time estimation.
